Description: Hong Kong traffic E&C inspector To Cheuk-fung (Kenny Wong) is dedicated to his mission. He and his subordinates often go undercover so they can easily prosecute those who speed, drunk drive, and hold illegal licenses. Cheuk-fung is an extremely cold person, serious in speech and manner, but he is strangelyclose friends with the boisterous Sze Ma (Benjamin Yuen) of the investigation team.

The duo are left speechless when they meet the rookie cop Bui Sam-yau (Sisley Choi), who they assumed would not be able to withstand Cheuk-fung’s strict demands. But after Sam-yau helps Cheuk-fung dispel a worry that he has kept locked in his heart formany years, the two grow extremely close, forming a pseudo father-daughter relationship.

Sam-yau’s satisfactory performance catches the attention of Sze Ma, who convinces her to join his team. SzeMa has been less than pleased with his subordinate Yiu Yiu (Natalie Tong), who prefers to do everything by the book and fails to catch up toSze Ma’s painstaking style of investigating.

Meanwhile, a racing gang has been wrecking havoc in the streets, sending out provoking messages to the police. Cheuk-fung and his team are given the light to track them down, but he ends up stepping into a dangerous boundary. A dark haze he has been avoiding once again appears before his eyes.

鐵騎巡警　冷酷 Vs 熱情
杜卓峯(黃德斌飾)是東九龍交通部執法及管制組(E&C)的督察，平日帶領蘇珊(馬蹄露飾)、汪大洋(曾守明飾)、戴軍(冼灝英飾)等下屬，駕着電單車在路上巡邏，隨時檢控超速車輛，維持交通治安。
原屬警察關係科的警員貝心柔(蔡思貝飾)被調到卓峯麾下，冷若霜雪的卓峯對下屬向來嚴厲、不苟言笑，心柔當然也逃不過卓峯的惡言斥責，可是幹勁衝天的她沒有介意，更經常纏着卓峯討教，二人就這樣建立起情如父女的師徒關係。
卓峯的冷酷令同事生人勿近，就連家人亦無法忍受他嚴厲、固執的性格，其妻李淑樺(簡慕華飾)和兒子杜啟聰(焦浩軒飾)甚至故意疏離卓峯，令他的家庭生活走向破碎邊緣。心柔後來得悉卓峯不近人情的性格，原來與他昔日同袍好友、兼蘇珊丈夫歐順威(曹永廉飾)的死有關，率真的心柔如何幫助卓峯走出陰霾？
另一方面，間接害死順威的黑幫份子榮德謙(敖嘉年飾)現身做案，卓峯全力追捕這位昔日的警隊「徒弟」，在繁忙的街道上展開了激烈的鐵騎較量；同時為順威當年那件不可告人的往事，做個了斷……
意外神探　理智 Vs 感性
施馬(袁偉豪飾)是剛升職調到交通意外調查組(AI)的督察，主要負責調查交通意外的成因。他為人冷靜理性，對物理學着迷，認為世事皆可用數據、邏輯來解釋。警員姚瑤(唐詩詠飾)是施馬的下屬，擁有過目不忘的驚人記憶力，而且情感豐富，喜愛幫助身邊的同事。可是施馬與姚瑤的工作思維南轅北轍，二人老是看對方不順眼。
有一次，意外調查組接獲一宗電單車司機被撞斃的案件，施馬與姚瑤找到涉案的女的士司機，還發現她與死者生前交惡。所有環境證供都對的士司機不利，施馬憑邏輯推理和證據，毫不留情決定落案起訴的士司機，可是姚瑤卻相信的士司機沒有殺人，果然，案情出現了峰迴路轉的發展……
自此案之後，施馬開始反思自己忽略人性的缺點，亦漸漸欣賞姚瑤的坦率性格；姚瑤亦在施馬的幫助下，走出了父母雙亡的心理低谷。兩人愈走愈近，惹來施馬女友賀珮中(陳庭欣飾)的不滿。
兩大部門　攜手合作
被心柔捉拿的賊王熊番(林偉飾)之案件提堂，E&C的警員奉命為囚車開路，前赴法庭。可是當日路面不停發生交通意外，令開路的車隊遇上不少障礙。施馬率領AI隊員在交通事故現場調查，發現所謂的意外全屬人為故意造成，他推測事件背後另有蹊蹺。忽然，卓峯在電台要求增援，原來E&C車隊在路上遇襲，發生槍戰，熊番乘亂逃押，還集中火力向心柔開槍報復，心柔的性命危在旦夕……
