Description: 朴施溫(周元飾)小時候患上自閉症，成長過程中，經常被人嘲笑、欺負，而且屢屢被父親虐打，一直守護他的哥哥和心愛的兔子卻相繼離世，在施溫心底留下難以磨滅的陰影。施溫的母親個性軟弱，抵受不了丈夫的暴虐，竟忍心將施溫交託其主診醫生崔佑碩後便悄悄離開。

佑碩觀察發現，施溫雖不擅與人溝通，卻擁有超強記憶及立體思考能力。經過佑碩的悉心照料，施溫在17歲時已被診斷為正常，其後施溫更成功通過醫大考試，欲 進入盛元醫院工作。不過，盛元大學醫院委員會因為施溫的自閉症病歷反對錄用，幸得佑碩以院長之位擔保，施溫才得以暫時擔任小兒外科住院醫生。

施溫的舉動異於常人，社交能力偏弱，明顯與其他小兒外科醫生格格不入，受到醫院各人排斥，尤以施溫上司、小兒外科副教授金道瀚(朱相昱飾)為甚；施溫甚至 被一眾病童家長所厭惡。不過，道瀚與施溫相處日久，逐漸對他改觀，更用心教導、培育施溫。同院女醫生車允書(文彩元飾) 也經常鼓勵、支持施溫，允書個性率直，本以為對施溫只是對弟弟般的親情，未料兩人的感情卻在不知不覺間漸漸升溫……
