Gigi(藍潔瑛飾)本乃孤女，由舞小姐黃鳳珊撫養成人，珊因欠下貴利，要Gigi做舞小姐，Gigi與Candy(林其欣飾)及葉玲(朱潔儀飾)成好友，後Gigi與珊不和，Gigi一怒往美國升學，結識富家子Ben(曾偉權飾)，二人結婚。 Gigi以富太身分回港，獲悉珊墜樓慘死，到殯儀館拜祭珊，重遇Candy，二人回首往事，不勝唏噓。後Candy卻被警方拘控，指她謀殺珊，Candy聲稱案發時與葉玲一起，時葉玲已成電影紅人，否認認識Candy。 Gigi為助Candy，聘私家偵探調整，證實玲在案發時的確與Candy一起，要求玲出庭作證，玲無奈說出，她的經理人麥志明(李國麟飾)拍下一裸體錄影帶作要脅，利用她賺錢，珊欲阻止而被殺，Gigi勸玲應趁此機會擺脫明，玲答應，卻慘遭明殺死滅口。 明以Gigi曾當舞女一事向Gigi勒索，Gigi恐此事揭穿會被Ben拋棄，一方面就範，一方面欲套取明之殺人證據，被明發覺，將她推下山坡，Gigi受傷入院，Ben因而得知一切，息事寧人，付巨款予明。 珊謀殺案開審，Candy因無證據證明不在場，被判謀殺罪成立。
